Today I’m sharing with you my new favorite appetizer! Up until New Year’s Eve, I never had clams casino. I always use the day as an excuse to make some fancy food and indulge in all things chocolate. Now that the Super Bowl is over, it’s time to get ready for Valentine’s Day! Are you a V-Day fan? I think it’s a fun little holiday to show some extra appreciation to the ones you love. The nachos were simply just seasoned chips with melted cheese (topped with salsa and sour cream, of course) – nothing fancy because I was feeling super lazy yesterday!
